A US-based administrative services provider boosted its firewall

Our client was an administrative services provider from the US, offering benefit plans, specifically COBRA and flexible benefits. They were a 40-year-old firm with more than 1000 clients.

They wanted to identify and address all vulnerabilities and security loopholes in their IT infrastructure and optimize their firewall for enhanced detection and response capabilities. We offered them a thorough assessment of the security of their IT infrastructure, helping them address some of the potentially high-risk vulnerabilities with the right set of security measures.

We did so using pen testing with some real-world highly offensive attacking techniques that exposed their IT infrastructure to potentially dangerous simulations of cyber attacks. It gave them a comprehensive idea of all the security vulnerabilities along with the remediation measures that they had to implement to treat them.
